This fee includes :

• 4 classes - at the yoga rooms in Chorlton
• Resources materials in the form of text and videos are included.

The fee remains the same whether you attend all the classes or not, as the videos and resources are provided to help you establish a daily practice and experience the benefits of Qigong.
