Clients’ confidentiality is treated with the utmost care and respect. We strictly adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and maintain secure systems to ensure all personal and medical information is fully protected, whether you’re visiting us only once or for ongoing care.

Cancelling a booking

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the appointment. We would appreciate if clients do so as soon as possible so we can offer other clients their slot. If canceled within this time, the client will receive a full refund. Refunds may take a few days to appear in the customer’s bank account. Please contact us if it takes more than 5 days. If the clients contacts us on the day of the appointment due to being ill in bed, the appointment will be rescheduled. However, if a customer cancels at the last minute or forgets to attend the appointment, no refund will be issued.
